Where are all the trash cans in Japan? I mean ... what do I do with my rubbish? Trash cans in Public started to disappear in 1995 after the Sarin Gas attack on the Hibiya Line. It was a public safety problem, but for some reason, the city was actually cleaner because people took their trash home to separate!

Where are all the trash cans in Japan? I mean ... what do I do with my rubbish? Trash cans in Public started to disappear in 1995 after the Sarin Gas attack on the Hibiya Line.
