Tourists flock to Death Valley to feel hottest heat ever recorded
Extreme high temperatures are affecting regions around the world. In the United States, heat warnings are in place for areas home to one third of the population. States from Florida to California are sweltering, as hot air is being trapped under a high pressure system known as a "heat dome." Despite the health hazard, visitors are flocking to one of the hottest places on earth - Death Valley. They're hoping to witness what could be the hottest temperature ever reliably recorded.
