Finland to reopen two border crossings with Russia – but for how long?

Finland has announced it will reopen two crossings on its border with Russia. In November, Helsinki shut all of its eight border crossings with Russia, after it accused Moscow of encouraging migrants from third countries to cross into Finland. Helsinki says this was in retaliation for its decision to join NATO.
