Israel ‘seeking Trump’s support for plan to expel Palestinians from Gaza’

Defence minister says he believes US backing could tip regional balance in favour of forced resettlement

I'm positive that Donald Trump and his army of white supremacists and religious bigots will happily agree to the ethnic cleansing of Gaza which is a crime against humanity.

Israel’s defence minister has said his country is seeking Donald Trump’s support to approve plans to expel Palestinians from the Gaza Strip in what has widely been condemned as a potential war crime.

Israel Katz said there was “no real solution for Gaza in the end without this
migration” during a conference hosted by the Israeli news site Ynet and the newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth. He said the Israeli government was “organised and prepared to get them out by sea, by air, by every way possible”

Caught On Camera, Traced By Phone: The Russian Military Unit That Killed Dozens In Bucha

When videos and photos emerged in April showing bodies of dozens of civilians strewn along a street in Bucha, Ukrainians and the rest of the world voiced horror and outrage. But in Russia, officials had a completely different reaction: denial.

President Vladimir V. Putin dismissed the gruesome scene as “a provocation,” and claimed that the Russian Army had nothing to do with it.

Talk to Al Jazeera - Joshua Oppenheimer: Indonesia's 'regime of fear'

Filmmaker Joshua Oppenheimer on documenting Indonesia's killings of 1965 through the eyes of perpetrators and victims.

It is one of history's greatest unknown crimes against humanity: More than a million people were brutally killed after Indonesia's military coup in 1965.

The victims were accused of being communists, an umbrella that included not only members of the country's Communist Party, but all those who opposed General Suharto's new military regime.

The killers were often members of paramilitary groups or death squads that carried out the executions with the approval of the military government and killed with impunity.
