Japan and Hong Kong have said they will expand travel curbs. The US is drawing up new travel guidelines that are likely to include a negative Covid test before arrival.

From today, the US is lifting an international travel ban imposed nearly two years ago to curb the spread of COVID-19. Travelers from 33 countries, including from the EU, will be able to enter the US again.

New coronavirus strain in UK: How worried should we be?
