In the 24 hours since the governor of the U.S. state of Missouri Jay Nixon announced a change in the police authority that would insure security in the city there has been an extraordinary change the atmosphere, going from anger and fear to celebration that those with the ability to change the dynamic have allowed it to change without the expected assault from the security services.
