Japanese Politicians Have Zero Situational Awareness When It Comes To Yasukuni Shrine

You'd think that after years of complaints from the governments of China and South Korea and U.S. exasperation with Japanese politicians paying tribute at Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo where several Class A War Criminals are buried that they would finally cease these visits.  You'd be wrong.  These morons just can't help themselves it's as though the idiot switch has been turned up to 11 and there's no way to break through the concrete barrier of stupidity which they live in.

Cabinet minister Sanae Takaichi and some 90 other lawmakers from ruling and opposition parties visited the war-linked Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo on Friday, a move that may again trigger criticism from China and South Korea.
“I prayed for the peace of the souls of those who died for the country, as well as for health of bereaved families,” Takaichi, minister of internal affairs and communications, told reporters after the visit. “It can never be a diplomatic issue.”
The Shinto shrine has been a source of diplomatic friction particularly with China and South Korea, which see it as a symbol of Japan’s past militarism as it honors convicted war criminals, along with millions of war dead.
