What caused the Gaza hospital explosion?

 

Gaza's Hamas-run health ministry says 471 people were killed in the hospital explosion. Hamas is blaming an Israeli airstrike, whereas Israel and US President Biden both say a rocket misfired by Palestinian militants was responsible. For now there has been no independent verification of either claim.

The death toll from the Israeli assault on Gaza rose to at least 44, including 15 children. More than 300 people have been injured.
