China calls for `clam and restraint` over North Korea-video

What an amazing statement China calls for restraint over North Korea this coming from the very government that has enabled the reckless behavior of the Kim family all for the purpose of acting as buffer to American forces stationed in South Korea since the end of the Korean war a war started by the North. Suddenly China is concerned by the behavour of the very country whose bad citizenship they encouraged as long as it corresponded to their world view.
