South Korean artist complains of censorship video
South Korea still has laws on the books from its time as a military dictatorship among which are laws banning criticism of the President. These laws are used to this day to stifle descent.
Hong Seong-dam's work, depicting the president, was pulled from South Korea's international art festival.
