The Week That Was

The Hair continues his rise to the pinnacle of American conservative politics through his blatant racism. Yet, according to him he "loves Mexico and China."  How much does he love them? So much he's holding an anti foreigner rally in Arizona with the racist sheriff of Maricopa county Arizona which includes the city of Phoenix.

The world according to The Hair

Paranoia is never far from the surface when American conservatives are involved.  This is especially true in  Bastrop Texas where Jade Helm 15 a military training exercise will take place. Well, a very small portion of it anyway. The good people of Bastrop have convinced themselves that its a plot to take away their personal arsenals, impose martial law and suspend the 2016 Presidential Elections.

These people have hopped aboard the Crazy Train.

During Communism's hey day the West was always portrayed as decadent and uncaring for those less fortunate.   While capitalism has't exactly helped the 99% become the top 1% a majority of those living in those decadent countries have reached the middle class.  That said using an out of context photo of a dogs birthday party as the North Koreans have doesn't help the commie dictator cause or its propaganda machine.

In an effort to insure customers of America's cable companies hate them more than they already do one, Time Warner felt it necessary to robocall a women in Texas 153 times. America has some of the worst customer outcomes for the these types of service in the G-8. Along with sky high service prices.  What's not to like.

How old or young does on have to be to become an idol in Japan?  Apparently 84. May be they're like One Foot In The Grave.  But, not quite knocking on heavens door.

One thing you can say about Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is that he understands delusion as he's the living embodiment of delusion.  Recently he claimed that history would prove him correct in his quixotic quest to allow the Japanese military to fight in America's wars.  Just one problem.  A majority of the Japanese public and constitutional scholars feel it's nothing more than a fool's errand in search of a fool as its leader.
