Here's some "stunning" news North Korea's Foreign Minister announced that his government would adhere to any resolutions passed by the United Nations Human Rights Council. Like they ever followed such rules. Not with country wide system of political prison camps which one might equate with the Soviet era gulags and the summary execution of those accused of treason against the state for such grave offenses as listening to KPop or watching South Korean tv dramas. You know, subversive anti government stuff. Known as mindless entertainment.

Here's the best part of his statement:
The foreign minister, Ri Su-yong, also accused the United States, Japan and South Korea of sending agents into his country to recruit criminals to become “so-called North Korean defectors”.
“As a way out and in order to earn their living, they are compelled to continue to fabricate and sell groundless testimonies by trying to make them sound as shocking as possible,” Ri said in a speech to the 47-member state forum.
With nothing better to do and having little imagination the governments of Japan, South Korea and America are sending agent provocateurs into North Korea so that they can escape to the South all the while posing as defectors. Nothing says paranoia like the statement issued by Ri Su-yong.
