Is China ready to set the global economic agenda? (video)

China is hosting the G20 summit, hoping to transform it "from a crisis-response system to a long-term-governance body".

Members of the G20 summit account for two-thirds of the world's population, and 80 percent of the global economy.

So it is fitting that members of the G20 are focusing this year's summit on developing an "interconnected and inclusive world economy".

This year's host, China, says it hopes to transform the summit "from a crisis-response system to a long-term-governance body".

But is the country ready to set the agenda and lead the world at a conference of this size?
