Evangelicals in America have come to the conclusion that a serial wife cheater, racist, xenophobe, sexual assaulter and harasser and pathological liar wears the armor of God. Now, I'm not a religious person, but I'm pretty sure the bible and today's mainstream religious leaders would agree that such a person doesn't wear the armor of God but the armor of stink, hate, petty grievances and revenge.
After Monday's made for T.V. stunt in which peaceful protesters and the clergy from St. John's Episcopal were tear gassed and attacked by federal law enforcement and the national guard America's wingnut evangelicals drew the stunning conclusion that every biblical commandment breaker Donald Trump now wears the armor of God. What bunch of truly pathetic and ignorant people.
But many of Trump’s evangelical supporters, far from Washington's political stage, saw the move as a victory in a world rife with evil.

“My whole family was flabbergasted,” said Benjamin Horbowy, 37.
The Horbowys had gathered in Tallahassee, Florida, to watch live as Trump walked from the White House to St John’s. “My mother just shouted out, ‘God give him strength! He’s doing a Jericho walk!’”
A Jericho walk, in some evangelical circles, refers to the biblical book of Joshua, where God commanded the Israelites to walk seven times around the opposing city of Jericho, whose walls then came crashing down.
