Tributes to civil rights leader John Lewis who marched with Martin Luther King

Tributes have been paid to one of the leading figures in the American civil rights movement, John Lewis, who has died at the age of 80. The congressman was one of the organisers of the 1963 March on Washington, where Martin Luther King made his "I have a dream speech".
