The United Nations' top envoy in Afghanistan is sounding the alarm as Taliban rebels keep gaining territory ahead of NATO's planned withdrawal. According to reports, the Taliban have even made it to the border of the city of Masar-i-Scharif in the north of the country, where German soldiers are still stationed.
