Gaming in South Korea laws, students and addiction



South Korea has one of the biggest on-line gaming cultures in the world. Internet cafes or in Korea gaming rooms are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and are everywhere.  No, matter the time of day one can walk into one of these rooms and find people playing on-line multiplayer games.

What one must understand about students in Korea who make up the majority players is that 80% of their time is spent studying be it at school or at private tutoring schools. Given the amount of pressure placed upon by their parents and Korean culture how are to relieve the stress placed upon them?
