So — it’s raining but yeah, the festival must go on! Despite a typhoon warning, Torigoe Festival still had a good turn out. Police outnumbered the crowd though. Why? In the past, groups have gotten into fights to carry Tokyo’s heaviest portable shrine made of gold. The Police seemed to have their own kind of festival
