Senate Traitors Come Out Of The Woodwork

Senator Josh Hawley (T) traitor Missouri has found 11 other traitors to back his effort to over turn the election of Joe Biden.  It's one thing if there were actual legitimate concerns over the electoral  process and the counting of ballots as occurred in Florida following the 2000 presidential election which was untimely decided by the Supreme Court and  over turned Florida election laws and annotated George W. Bush as the next president.  George Bush won Florida by just over 500 votes but lost the the popular vote by over 500,000 votes. After the courts decision then Vice President Al Gore didn't continue to object to the outcome or file lawsuits. Instead he accepted defeat and George W. Bush became president.  In 2016 Hillary Clinton beat Donald Trump by almost 3 million votes in the popular election but lost the election when Donald Trump ended the evening with 306  electoral college votes. Did Hillary Clinton claim that the vote was fraudulent, or that it was rigged, or that their were other illegalities?  No. She conceded the next day.

Now along with the afore mention traitor these senators are joining Josh Hawley in declaring that the election that Joe Biden won with 306 electoral college votes (The same margin of victory for Donald Trump) and with with 7 million more popular votes than Donald Trump that the actual winner is still Donald Trump.

Ted Cruz (TX) Ron Johnson (WI) James Lankford (OK) Steve Daines (MT) John Kennedy (LA) Marsha Blackburn (TN) Mike Braun (IN) Cynthia Lummis (WY) Roger Marshall (KS) Bill Hagerty (TN) Tommy Tuberville (AL)

These fools and they are fools will lend legitimacy to the false narrative promulgated by Donald Trump since November 3 that the election was rigged and fraudulent. By undermining this process those who believe Trump won will be encouraged to go even further in their efforts to thwart the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Will there be violence? Given that these 12 senators and Donald Trump have encouraged them and that there will be protests in Washington D.C. on Wednesday in an attempt to stop the election from being certified. Then yes, one should expect violence from these groups.

US Election 2020: Can you trust the polls? - BBC News

All eyes are on the US election and many people will look to the polls to see who's likely to win. But polling companies suffered a shock in 2016 when they didn't foresee Donald Trump beating Hillary Clinton. Did the pollsters get it all wrong?

Trump Contracts COVID 4 Years After Mocking Hillary's Pneumonia | NowThis

Exactly 4 years ago today, Pres. Trump mocked Hillary Clinton’s pneumonia — he has now contracted COVID-19, a virus he has suggested only impacts people who are already unhealthy.

Cambridge Analytica execs boast of role in getting Trump elected

Execs from firm at heart of Facebook data breach say they used ‘unattributable and untrackable’ ads, according to undercover expose

Senior executives from the firm at the heart of Facebook’s data breach boasted of playing a key role in bringing Donald Trump to power and said they used “unattributable and untrackable” advertising to support their clients in elections, according to an undercover expose.
In secretly recorded conversations, Cambridge Analytica’s CEO, Alexander Nix, claimed he had met Trump “many times”, while another senior member of staff said the firm was behind the “defeat crooked Hillary” advertising campaign
“We just put information into the bloodstream of the internet and then watch it grow, give it a little push every now and again over time to watch it take shape,” said the executive. “And so this stuff infiltrates the online community, but with no branding, so it’s unattributable, untrackable.”

Throughout the campaign Donald Trump made audacious claims that not only was the election being rigged against him, that the Democratic  primary had also been skewed in the favour of Hillary Clinton.  What he never disclosed was a coordinated campaign to suppress the votes of women and minorities. Remember; Under the American system it's possible (This has happened twice in less than 20 years.) to win the presidential election without winning the popular vote. One simply needs 270 Electoral College votes to win and Donald Trump managed that by winning in 3 crucial by 70,000 votes.

Trump's also used elmails taken from the Democratic National Committee incoordination with Wikileaks to place a question of trust worthiness about Hillary Clinton into voters minds. Never mind they that some those emails were edited in such a manner  to change what they were originally about.

The latest revelation that ties the Trump campaign to Russia

US intelligence agencies have confirmed that emails from the Democratic National Committee and from Clinton campaign chair John Podesta were stolen by Russian hackers. And now in the latest string of indictments and guilty pleas announced by the Justice Department, the evidence suggests at least one Trump adviser knew of the theft in advance, and lied about it. The revelations come from George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy advisor to the Trump campaign, who met with Russian sources who told him of Clinton's stolen emails, several months before they were released. His guilty plea upends our timeline of what the Trump campaign knew about the Russian hacks, and when they knew it.

'What Happened': Hillary Clinton and the media

Clinton's memoir blames the media, among others, for her election loss. Plus, covering North Korea's nuclear threat.

'What happened': Clinton's memoir takes aim at the media

Hilary Clinton's new memoir, What Happened, blames, in part, the US news media for her defeat in the 2016 US presidential election. Her primary grievance with the coverage is the fixation on one story that, during her time as the secretary of state, she used her family's private email server for official communications.
She says that story overshadowed any substantive reporting of her policies, and that that helped put Donald Trump in the White House.

Trump Fires FBI Director Comey

Deputy attorney general: Comey mishandled Clinton email investigation

Donald Trump: 'You are not able to effectively lead'

Here are some initial high-profile reactions to the termination of Comey, a polarizing figure whose decision to disclose an inquiry into Hillary Clinton’s emails just before the election last year sparked widespread debate.
From a former Clinton manager:

Edward Snowden, who has been targeted by the FBI, criticized the firing, saying: “every American should condemn such political interference in the Bureau’s work.”

From Clinton’s former vice presidential candidate:

If Donald Trump would just apply those same standards to himself, America's 3 month nightmare of his complete inability to govern could come to an end.

The Big Picture: The People vs America (Part two)

As new President, Donald Trump, enters the White House on a wave of populism, The Big Picture explores just how America has become so fractured, and how for many, the American Dream has been lost.

Will America be great again?

Donald Trump defied opinion polls to win presidential election - seen as biggest political upset in recent US history.

He has never held political office before. Now, real estate mogul Donald Trump will be the 45th President of the United States of America.
His election victory over Hillary Clinton is being seen as the biggest political upset in recent American history.
Trump won seats across the rural midwest, but he also won several swing states, including Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Trump collected 276 electoral college votes, compared to Clinton's 218.

Donald Trump won't work to unite America. He isn't interested in anyone or anything that doesn't help or enrich Donald Trump.  America's racists are completely emboldened and that will mean minorities will suffer unbelievable setbacks.

America Elects A Demagogue : Donald Trump

In a complete repudiation of good governance and what can only be seen as a longing for an authoritarian ruler  American voters elected Donald Trump President.

Here's a person who's embolden racists, isolationists and bigots of all stripes.  A man who has no understanding of how the American government works or how policy is implemented.  A man who doesn't understand or want to know any of the basic concepts affecting domestic and foreign policy.  In the area of domestic policy Donald Trump has advocated for the deportation of all 11 million people living in America who are undocumented  and for building a wall along America's southern border.  (The Berlin Wall lives.)  In the area of foreign policy he has on several occasions stated that America's military wouldn't just go after the world's terrorists but their families as well, stating they should also be killed. (That's a war crime.)  As for America's military alliances? Well, you'd better pay up.   He once pronounced NATO as obsolete and that America's continued involvement would be predicated upon member states paying fees to America.  Can a like a protection racket.   Donald Trump thinks that South Korea and Japan should have their own nuclear arsenals even though neither country wants them. He also wonders why America can't  just use its nuclear weapons simply because the U.S. has them.

During the second Presidential debate Donald Trump stated that if elected he would arrest and imprison Hillary Clinton even though she's never been charged with any criminal offense.  Authoritarian rulers do that not American President's unless you're  Donald Trump.

He's called America's press liars and claimed they were biased against him.  During the campaign Donald Trump has advocated going after those media outlets he believes have broadcast or printed unfavourable stories about him.  Will he go the way of Turkey's Erdogan and start shutting down opposition media  outlets and arresting and imprisoning journalists?  To say that he won't would be a fool's errand.

Donald Trump has no business leading America or the world.  He's incapable of doing so because he's thin skinned,  can't handle criticism, views any slight as a personal attack and if wronged has the extremely bad habit of wanting revenge and won't stop until he has it.

Welcome To Donald Trump's America.

US election 2016: Immigration may decide the winner (video)

Donald Trump has called Mexicans "rapists" and "drug dealers" while Hillary Clinton has promised to reform immigration.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump's plans for immigration couldn't be more different.
Trump has called for a wall to be built on the country's southern border with Mexico, while Clinton has talked about "open borders," making immigration a key issue in this year's US presidential election.
Latino voters, who have faced a series of disparaging remarks by Trump, are expected to turn out in record numbers on Tuesday with their numbers having spiked during early voting these past few weeks.
They normally vote democrat - and this year is no exception.
Polls suggest Trump is expected to get fewer Latino votes than any other Republican candidate in 35 years.

Zakaria: 'Trump Is Not A Normal Candidate. He Is A Cancer On American Democracy'

Zakaria: 'Trump Is Not A Normal Candidate. He Is A Cancer On American Democracy'

I've had my gripes with Fareed Zakaria, who should hardly be considered a member of the "Liberal Media," whom the Trump campaign so loathes. I've disagreed with his lack of alarm to the dangers of fracking and I've been touched deeply by his attention to the crisis of the Syrian refugees and I've been miffed over…

Clinton v Trump: Does either have a plan to beat ISIL?

Both US presidential nominees agree that the group is a threat, but does either have a viable strategy to defeat it?

Both US presidential nominees agree that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) armed group poses a threat to America and the world, but disagree on how to beat it.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump blames his rival, Democrat Hillary Clinton, and President Barack Obama for the rise of ISIL. He's also criticised NATO for not doing enough to fight "terrorism".
So far, Trump has not outlined a detailed plan to fight ISIL.
But he has said that he's willing to work with Russia in Syria, rather than alienate it.
Clinton supports intensifying air strikes on the group's fighters, and going after its leaders.
She says fighting in Syria and Iraq has contributed to ISIL's spread, and insists that resolving those conflicts is key to beating the group.

Clinton v Trump: Where do they stand on Palestine?

Both US candidates have pledged their support for Israel but what does that mean for Palestinians and the peace process?

It's been one of the most divisive and controversial election seasons in recent memory, dominated by scandals rather than policies, but in just over a week the United States will finally have its next president.
Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have disagreed on almost all domestic and foreign policy issues, but the one thing both candidates have in common is their unwavering support for Israel.
Both have met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and pledged their full support for his government, and during their campaigns the candidates have promised to continue supporting Israel's military, which already gets more US foreign aid than any other country.

WikiLeaks: Neutral reporter or political player?

WikiLeaks and the controversial Clinton files

WikiLeaks has made public thousands of leaked emails from the Clinton presidential campaign. Much of it confirms what many already suspected: that Clinton has a far too cozy relationship with bankers and journalists.
Some say the revelations are valuable information for voters. Others have accused Russia of being behind the hack and argue WikiLeaks is aiding foreign interference in the elections. Putting aside the agendas of all the players involved, one institution comes out undeniably sullied by the publication of the emails: the American news media.

What does the campaign reveal about US politics?

Clinton and Trump packed the third and final presidential debate with insults, accusations, and name calling.

With the election just two weeks away, it was a final chance to win over American voters.
The candidates for the world's most powerful political job disagreed on policy including Iraq, Russia, Syria, the economy, and immigration.
Republican Donald Trump said the poll is rigged and has refused to commit to accepting the election result if Democrat Hillary Clinton wins.
There were no niceties. They skipped the customary handshake and didn't hesitate to go on the attack.

Are presidential debates important?

US presidential nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump take part in their first televised debate

With weeks to go until the US presidential election, the two main candidates have held their first TV debate.
Republican Donald Trump and his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton fought over the economy, national security and foreign policy.
Polls suggest the race for the country's top job is close.
Trump questioned Clinton's stamina, she accused him of hiding something in his tax returns.
Clinton highlighted her extensive experience while in public office as First Lady, then Senator, before becoming Secretary of State.
But Trump blamed her for many of America's problems including the threat of ISIL. He also accused her of not having the right look and temperament.
