Police said Monday that a Buddhist monk from Tofukuji in Hongo Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture, has been arrested for exposing himself in a video rental shop.
According to police, the monk, identified as Shuko Araizumi, 39, entered the shop in Fujimino City at around 6 p.m. on Saturday. NTV quoted police as saying that Araizumi stood next to a female customer and started exposing his lower body.　A security officer apprehended him.
Araizumi was quoted by police as saying, “My sexual urge escalated due to stress.”

Finding new and better ways to humiliate your employees 

On the afternoon of May 2^nd, a commotion happened at Chongqing, China. In front of a number of bystanders, a group of employees knelt down and started crawling around the Liberation Monument.
Not long after, the local police came and tried to persuad the employees to leave, but they refused to. Apparently, what happened was supposed to be a “challenge exercise” for the employees of a cosmetic company.
”Through investigation, this was an exercise a cosmetics company gave their employees to train them to deal with pressure, and the police have already persuaded them to leave, and have also criticized and educated the organizers of the company.”

So, you're trying to teach them to deal with pressure?  Try treating them like human-beings instead
